Many tools process the text, files, or values you enter locally in your browser. No account is required to use the tools.
EverydayUtils is a growing collection of practical browser tools for writing, coding, design, productivity, and everyday decisions.
Everyday tasks should not require a complicated app, a new account, a subscription trial, or a cluttered website.
EverydayUtils brings useful browser-based tools together in one place: generators, converters, text utilities, design helpers, timers, calculators, and practical guides.
The goal is simple: give you the tool, then get out of your way. No account wall, no complicated setup, and no unnecessary steps between you and the task.

No account required for the tools, with no paywall between you and the task.
Local tools respond in your browser as you work, without account setup or upload steps.
Some days you need to format JSON, compare two drafts, generate a password, check a colour pair, convert an image, or calculate a percentage. Other days you need a timer, a short reset, or a simple rhythm cue before a run.
The site is intentionally broad, but every tool should solve one clear problem quickly. If a tool cannot save time, remove friction, or make a task easier to understand, it does not belong here.
Many tools are designed to process the information you enter locally in your browser. You can learn more about how tool inputs, analytics, local storage, and contact messages are handled in the Privacy Policy.
Independent project
Hi — I'm Edwin, a software developer based in Hong Kong. I built EverydayUtils as an independent side project because I wanted simpler, faster tools that respected the information people enter into them.
It is not a large platform with a complex product roadmap. It is a growing collection of useful tools, shaped by real problems, feedback, and the kind of small tasks that should be easier than they are.
I maintain the tools, guides, and site policies myself. When a tool changes or feedback identifies a problem, I review the affected page and update it where needed. Guides are written to explain practical use cases and limitations, not just to repeat what a tool already does.
Bug reports, suggestions, and practical tool ideas are always welcome. EverydayUtils improves through real feedback from people using the tools.
Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for information about the site, data handling, and use of the tools.
